Adult Therapy

The goal for treatment is to provide high-quality psychotherapy that meets each patient’s unique needs. We utilize a multimodal approach to ensure your needs are being addressed appropriately. In short, the goal is to establish realistic and measurable goals that can be achieved in a timely manner. Specific questions about the counseling modalities that are utilized can be answered in our initial consultation call or in session.

Adolescent Therapy

Working with the adolescent population is Jason’s specialty area. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the staple of care, however; the same multimodal approach is utilized. Jason has experience working with ages 6-17 with a variety of mental health and behavioral concerns. He is active with the family and encourages family sessions when appropriate.

Substance Use Counseling

We offer counseling services to those who are struggling with addiction. We have experience working with court-ordered patient’s or those seeking ways to overcome their dependency. This is Samantha’s area of expertise due to her expansive background working in drug court, outpatient settings, and was the previous clinical director at a local IOP.

Case Management

Navigating the mental health field in search of appropriate levels of care is quite difficult. With our experience working in an emergency room, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, various outpatient settings, and holding a variety of roles, we have an extensive understanding of the system. We provide recommendations and assistance with connecting you with the appropriate provider. For further information, please do not hesitate to call.

A Father’s Reflections

The purpose of this blog is to discuss the joys, struggles, and variety of emotions that I have experienced as a father, spouse, and a man. Mental health is oftentimes not discussed, and we tend to try and “push through” to accomplish a goal or task. I discuss personal stories and situations, with the hope of providing a genuine perspective.

I am a father of three, have been married to my best friend since 2013, and work as a therapist. My wife and I set goals for our future when we got married, and we have accomplished so much, and we continue to strive to be the best versions of ourselves. However, this has come with great joy, pride, sacrifice, some hardships, and sleepless nights. I hope you enjoy my unique and admittedly vulnerable perspective on life.

Podcast/Social Media

Creating a podcast has been a goal of mine for a long time. I plan to have this platform up-and-running within the next year. The plan for the podcast will be for additional thoughts on mental health that hopefully you find practical. E2 can also be found on Instagram and Facebook!
