Nanette Leslie

Nanette Leslie brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and administrative expertise to her role as Office Manager at our mental health practice. Currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Social Work at Michigan State University, Nanette also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University. Her academic background is complemented by hands-on experience in behavioral health, including an internship in the emergency department at Trinity Health.

Nanette’s strong communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities make her a key point of connection for both clients and staff. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, manages scheduling, supports the clinical team, and helps ensure a compassionate, smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Nanette is passionate about mental health care and is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for our clients.

Nanette plans to continue building on her experience in both clinical and administrative roles as she completes her Master’s in Clinical Social Work. Her long-term goal is to become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and provide direct therapeutic services to individuals and families, particularly those navigating crisis situations or complex behavioral health needs. She is especially interested in trauma-informed care and hopes to work in settings that blend clinical practice with community outreach. Nanette also aspires to eventually take on leadership roles in behavioral health organizations, where she can help shape programs and policies that improve access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
